Angela has 23 years experience in accounting and business development in both large and medium-sized organisations. Her strengths are the development, implementation, and maintenance of commercial, procedural, and reporting processes to ensure contract obligations are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
In her current role as Senior Project and Business Development Officer, Angela manages multiple major contracts valued between $15,000 to $1.5 million for government (Commonwealth and State), natural resource, and LNG organisations.
Angela is a proud Kamilleroi/Eauhlayi woman from South East Queensland with a strong cultural awareness and a desire to improve the welfare of Aboriginal People through education, environmental management, and new project opportunities. Examples include the development of a water quality monitoring laboratory business to assist in training and Aboriginal monitoring in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and business modeling for the establishment of an eco-tourism operation at Mon Repos.
